Timeline1940 - Founded in New Jersey, known as Tap-Rite, a supplier of beer dispensing equipment. 1997 - Merged with Standard-Keil and relocated to San Antonio, Texas - under the name Taprite-Fassco to encompass soda dispensing equipment. 1999 – Aalberts Industries acquired Taprite-Fassco and its sister company North American Dispense which supplied dispensing equipment to the beer industry. 2010 - Taprite-Fassco and North American Dispense merge both soda and beer product lines under the name Taprite. |
